Sean Sebourn, CEO & President
Sean & his wife, Miranda founded SVS in 2008. They started small & simple, converting photos, slides, reels & vhs to digital. Their next step was filming weddings, orchestras and commercials. The last leap taken was when Sean became a licensed drone pilot and incorporated drones in all of SVS Services. Sean has flown all over the MidWest, flying cell towers, roof inspections, surveying, construction, search & rescue, tv ads and crop scouting. Sean has built SDS into one of the largest Drone Service Providers in Iowa & Minnesota with a network of over 30 pilots.
Noah Bronk, COO
Noah may be young but his ability and hours behind the ‘sticks’ are mind-blowing. Noah joined SDS as a pilot flying for one of our Ag Clients. Within 3 months he flew the most acres in a day and the most acres over a season in our Client’s history of business nation-wide. Noah’s character and ability shown through and in 2024 the decision was made to bring Noah onboard as SDS’ first Manager of Operations, Noah is currently attending UNI for a degree in GIS and is able to implement what he’s learning in his daily routine in his position at SDS.
Cassie Beenken, CFO
Cassie brings on her charm and intelligence in a humbling way. Cassie is a UNI Student completing her studies in Business Management. Her knowledge in Accounting software, ethics, technology and the drone industry brought her to the forefront when SDS was searching for an Accountant. Cassie’s main duties are Accounts Receivable and Payable as well as tending to Operational Budgets and Business Strategies.
Dustin Gustoff, Lead Pilot, and Tech Support
Dustin Gustoff is a highly skilled Lead Pilot and Tech Support Specialist, with an impressive academic background in Electrical Engineering, Sustainable Technology, and Robotics & Automation. With expertise in drone operation and maintenance, Dustin ensures each mission runs smoothly and safely, utilizing his hands-on experience to keep equipment running at peak performance. His dedication extends beyond the technical realm—Dustin is also a proud family man with five children, thriving in both his professional and personal life. Known for his ability to blend cutting-edge technology with seamless teamwork, Dustin consistently delivers exceptional results in every project he undertakes.
